Uniform Financial Information Reporting (UFIR)
The Governor's Office for Local Development is currently working on a real time, online database to provide direct entry of annual financial data for cities and special districts.
Currently, entities may download the appropriate UFIR form and fill out the necessary information on their computer. Completed UFIR forms may then be emailed back to our office by following the directions below.
If you do not have email capabilities or need prior year forms, please visit our downloads page.
